This antimicrobial app is for use within South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust only. It is designed to guide antibiotic prescribing and must be used in conjunction with local guidelines/formularies.

It must not be used outside South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as this could result in inappropriate treatment and harm.

Individual patient circumstances (e.g. allergies, renal failure, hepatic function, drug interactions) must also be taken into account. If in any doubt, please discuss with a senior member of your team.
